All sales are final.

However, we understand that things happen. Depending on where we are in customizing your item, you can either cancel your sale at no cost, or you will have to pay for items used or purchased in customizing your order. Reach out to me, and let's talk. 

We use white-glove service for shipping in an attempt to ensure that your piece arrives in perfect condition. That said, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation or delivery. That will fall on the shipping company. We will make insurance optional when we give you a price for shipping costs. Please inspect your piece carefully upon arrival and report any damages immediately to the shipping carrier in order to file a claim.
